Made-to-order physical products These terms apply to physical apparel and accessories identified as made to order. Because these items are made to order, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or changing your mind. Please check the size guide and product description before ordering. If your item is defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, email MADSUPPORT@madforthren.com with your order number so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Contact us at the same address if your package has not arrived. Please contact us before sending a physical item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions for your order. These terms do not limit your rights under applicable law, including any mandatory cancellation, return or refund rights. Small-Caterer Quote-to-Prep Kit: 7-day refund option You can request a refund for the Small-Caterer Quote-to-Prep Kit within 7 days of purchase. Email matthewak99@gmail.com with your order number. If a download is missing, a file is damaged or the kit materially differs from its description, contact the same address so we can help with access, a corrected file or an appropriate refund. The 7-day refund option is additional to your rights under applicable law and does not limit those rights. Other digital products Any additional voluntary refund offer for another digital product will be stated on its product page before purchase. The kit’s seven-day voluntary refund offer does not automatically apply to other products. If a digital product is inaccessible, damaged or materially different from its description, contact matthewak99@gmail.com for help and an appropriate remedy. Your rights under applicable law are not limited. Mixed orders and support For orders containing physical and digital products, the applicable section above applies to each item. Please identify the item you need help with when contacting us. Please do not include payment-card details, private client records or sensitive dietary or health information in your message.
