Shipping policy

Physical products Our physical products include made-to-order apparel and accessories. Items identified as made to order are produced after purchase. We arrange production and shipping through production partners and remain your contact for order support. Check the product page for the item’s production or processing estimate, delivery information and available destinations. Production time and shipping time are separate unless the listing expressly gives a combined delivery estimate. Available shipping options, charges and applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout. Availability and delivery options can vary by product and destination. Items in an order may ship separately. Please contact MADSUPPORT@madforthren.com with your order number if you need help with delivery. If we cannot ship within the stated shipment period, we will notify you of the delay, provide updated information and offer the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate refund. Digital delivery Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped for a digital product, and no shipping charge applies to it. The product page identifies the included files, required software and delivery method. For the Small-Caterer Quote-to-Prep Kit, a download email is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout after successful payment. Follow the download and extraction instructions provided with your purchase. Check your inbox and spam or junk folder for the download email. If the email or link is missing, the link does not work or a file is damaged, email MADSUPPORT@madforthren.com with your order number so we can help. Please do not send payment-card details or private client information. Mixed orders If your order contains physical and digital products, the digital products are delivered electronically and the physical products are produced and shipped separately. Receiving a digital download does not mean the physical items have shipped. Shipping charges apply to the physical portion of the order as shown before checkout.
