Purchases from MAD Forthren Product pages describe what you are purchasing, including whether the item is physical or digital, its specifications, and any product-specific requirements. Prices, available delivery options, shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout. Physical products Physical apparel and accessories identified as made to order are produced after purchase. Production and shipping may be handled by our production partners. MAD Forthren remains your contact for product questions and order help. Consult the product page for size, materials, production estimates and delivery information. Our Shipping and Refund policies explain delivery and return arrangements. Product-specific information does not limit your rights under applicable law. Digital products Digital products are delivered electronically. Review the product page for included files, compatibility requirements and the license that applies to that product. Purchasing one digital product does not grant rights to other products. Small-Caterer Quote-to-Prep Kit: license and use The following license applies to the Small-Caterer Quote-to-Prep Kit only. The purchaser may edit and reuse the files for the internal operations of one business. Use a separate workbook copy for each event. You may not resell or redistribute the editable templates. The kit is a one-time purchase at the price shown before checkout. It is not a subscription and includes no ongoing service. Purchase and support For product questions, download help or a refund request, email MADSUPPORT@madforthren.com with your order number if you have one. Refund requests for the Small-Caterer Quote-to-Prep Kit can be made within 7 days of purchase. This does not limit your rights under applicable law. If an order includes both physical and digital products, each item retains its applicable delivery, refund and license terms. The kit’s one-business file license and seven-day voluntary refund offer apply to that kit only.
